Our expansive off-campus housing in Statesboro offers many different amenities to improve the experience of our residents.

The Hamptons Clubhouse is 100,000 square feet and features more amenities than most student housing in Statesboro. Residents love our cyber cafe with a touch-screen Starbucks coffee machine. On the first floor, you will find our state-of-the-art fitness center along with a tanning bed. On the second floor of the Hamptons Clubhouse, you can find the bamboo studio, an expansive yoga room. Throughout the clubhouse, you will also find pool tables, arcade machines, and computers for your use and enjoyment.
