Our off-campus housing in Statesboro features granite countertops, 9 ft. ceilings, SafeLock doors, private bathrooms, and walk-in closets. All units have an in-unit washer & dryer, a dishwasher, and a TV Package with 50+ HD channels and upgraded 100MB/S Wi-Fi. Fully furnished options are available.

When you live in The Hamptons off-campus housing by GSU you will have access to our 100,000-square-foot clubhouse, our large 24-hour fitness center, two stand-up tanning beds, and the computer lab featuring Macs, PCs, and free printing, and so much more! The fitness center includes Men’s and Women’s locker rooms featuring steam rooms as well. Resident lounges in our student housing by GSU have pool tables, arcade games, and TVs. Our Bamboo Studio – an expansive yoga room features Fitness on Demand Cyber Café with a touch-screen Starbucks Coffee machine.
On-site in our student housing in Statesboro, you will also find an electric car charging machine, a 100,000-gallon salt-water pool with an 80-yard long lazy river, volleyball and bocce ball courts, acres of open green space, and a car washing station with a vacuum. There are three courtyards with fire pits and grilling stations, two dog parks, and The Eagle Club – a second clubhouse with a Starbucks Machine.
